I finished our new job chart and put it into practice yesterday. We took pictures of the boys doing each of their daily jobs and had them laminated. The reverse side has written instructions "Clean your room" etc. They each have a vertical set of pockets. The cards start in the bottom and get moved up as the jobs are completed. The fabric card holder has magnets on the back so it sticks to the fridge.
